How much is Ribbet Premium?
Ribbet offers 3 Premium plans:

- Monthly at $4.95
- 6 monthly at $19.95
- Annually at $29.95

All pricing is in US dollars.
How do I change my payment method?
To change your payment method:

1. Open the editor on a desktop or laptop computer
2. Click 'Hi Username!' on the top right toolbar
3. Click 'Change membership'
4. Click 'Edit payment method'
5. Click 'Change payment method'
6. Click 'Add payment method' (editing existing cards is not currently possible)
7. Enter your new payment details and click 'Save payment method'
How do I switch plans?
If you would like to switch to our monthly, 6 monthly or annual plan, you can either cancel your subscription and then upgrade again once it has expired, or contact us to switch immediately.
What is your cancelation policy?
You may cancel your Ribbet subscription at any time, however we do not offer refunds for partially used plans. You will still have access to all Premium features until the end date of your canceled subscription, unless you are canceling during a free trial.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:

1. Open the editor on a desktop or laptop computer
2. Click 'Hi Username!' on the top right toolbar
3. Click 'Change membership'
4. Click 'Cancel premium membership'

You will still have access to all Premium functionality until the end of your billing cycle, unless you are canceling during a free trial.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all our plans auto-renew, however you can switch this off at any time by canceling. You will still have Premium membership until the end of your current billing cycle, unless you are canceling during a free trial.
Why can't I use any of the Premium features when I've upgraded?
This is almost always because you're signed into a different Ribbet account to the one you upgraded. You'll need to sign out of the account you're currently logged into and then sign back in with your Premium account details.

If you can't remember the details of your Premium account, try searching your emails for "Ribbet transaction receipt" as the receipt email contains the username of your Premium account. If you still can't locate the details, please contact us with the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay, or your PayPal account email, and we'll reply to let you know your Premium account details.
Ribbet won't start up, or I'm having an issue editing
Please try exiting your web browser completely, and then re-launching Ribbet. This will restart Adobe Flash (which Ribbet runs on) and resolves most issues affecting the editor. If you continue to have an issue, please try rebooting your computer.
Can I use Ribbet without paying?
Absolutely! You can use any feature which isn't flagged with the word 'Premium' to the right of it, all fonts which are black, and all collage layouts with a white background.
